The Clio conference of 2011 was held on 28 april in the Martini Kerk and the Groningen 'provinciehuis'. During this conference the participants got different views on the relation between having energy sources and having power. This relation and its various aspects played a central role. The conference was led by Prof. Dr. Jepma.
