Şehnaz has 18 years of civil society experience in the areas of women's human rights, gender equality, and sustainable development. She is currently the coordinator of Women's Major Group, a global feminist collective, and an independent consultant for feminist organizations and UN Women offices. She has a BA in Biology and Sociology from Swarthmore College and an MA in Gender and Women's Studies from METU.

Husna Jalal is an Afghan women’s rights activist who has worked for civil and political rights, particularly for Afghan women. She is the associate founder of Freedom Message Newspaper and a board member of the Afghan Women Empowerment and Capacity Building Center (AWECBS). Ms. Jalal's efforts were recognized by the Women Super Achiever award in 2018. She was forced to go into exile after the fall of Kabul in August 2021.

IUCN NL works with leading green NGOs, knowledge institutions, and the Dutch government to support conservation efforts and sustainable use of nature through multi-stakeholder, integrated solutions. Coenraad has expertise in biodiversity, science-policy-practice interaction, and international cooperation, and has worked in science and innovation policy before joining IUCN NL.

Maheen KhanClimate Lead at World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Netherlands
Maheen has more than 12 years of experience in various industries and brings this expertise to her current role at WWF Netherlands. She has worked on storytelling during the COVID-19 pandemic with local communities in Bangladesh and founded a sustainable textile startup there. She has also presented her circular design model at conferences in Bangladesh and Europe. Besides her work on climate change, she enjoys reading English, global, and post-colonial literature.

Janieke Drent is an expert in peacebuilding, security, and human rights. Her work focuses on political affairs, conflict transformation, and development. She is particularly interested in gender and the psychosocial aspects of conflict and peacebuilding, including transitional justice and reconciliation. She has worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands and the United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia, where she verified the reintegration of former guerrilla members and worked on human rights, youth security, and conflict prevention.

Estefania Beltran is a passionate advocate for both climate change and women's rights. Her skills and experience are used to contribute to social justice efforts. Originally from Mexico and now a new mother, in 2021, she became the Governance Coordinator for the Executive Director's Office at Greenpeace International. In 2020, Estefania completed her Master's Degree in International Relations, specializing in Security, at the University of Groningen.

Dr. Ingrid Dingelstad-FrankovaCriminal Intelligence Analyst – Investigator:European Police Organisation [Europol]
Dr. Ingrid Dingelstad-Frankova is a Criminal Intelligence Analyst-Investigator at Europol with a background in Biotechnology. She has a Master's in the development of Biomedical Applications, International Criminal Justice, and Intelligence Studies. She also holds a Law PhD thesis on implementing Joint Investigation Teams provisions in cross-border policing and is currently studying financial crime law at the Queen Mary University of London.

Jeroen Terstegge is a managing partner and principal privacy lawyer/privacy strategist in The Netherlands, with over 30 years of experience in privacy and data protection. He focuses on public policy, ethics, and fundamental rights in the information society, responsible innovation, and effective privacy compliance management. Jeroen advises clients in both the public and private sectors in The Netherlands and internationally, and is a frequent speaker, media commentator, and author on privacy and data protection.

Bernhardt FourieSecurity Architect: ASML, ARCH
Bernhardt Fourie holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California and a MA in International Security from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. He has worked at various organizations, including the International Criminal Court, Uber, and ABN Amro Bank, and currently works as a Security Architect. Bernhardt's work involves designing and implementing monitoring and detection systems to detect anomalous access to intellectual property and general intrusion detection on IT and OT infrastructure, despite his academic background in Remote Warfare.
